My Story
A Journey of Transformation and Empowerment
Talofa lava, I’m Sieni Richardson—a proud Samoan woman, a mother, a mentor, an author, and an investor with a heart on fire to see women rise.
I was born in beautiful Samoa and raised in American Samoa, surrounded by the rhythm of culture, the heartbeat of family, and the quiet strength of island women who carried generations on their backs. Growing up, life was simple, but not easy. I watched my aiga work hard—sacrificing, surviving, praying, and dreaming of something better.
I carried those dreams with me when I moved to New Zealand. Like many immigrants, I faced the challenge of starting over. I was a mature student returning to study after more than 10 years away from school. English was my second language. I juggled work, motherhood, and the weight of high tuition fees. But inside me, there was a burning desire to become more, not just for myself, but for every woman who ever doubted her worth or felt like giving up.
