She wanted to explore the way others had successfully built their lives.
With that aspiration, Sieni made a bold move from American Samoa to New Zealand. But, prior to making the journey, she set three major goals:
The different steps of the journey opened more doors than she believed were possible. Leaving her parents behind, going back to school as a mature student, and speaking English as a second language were some of the challenges she faced. But, instead of allowing them to hinder her, her positive attitude allowed her to surpass them.
It is exactly that positive way of thinking that led her to reinvent herself into the strong, confident woman she is today. Her journey has empowered her to focus on continuous learning no matter what, and to keep aiming high.
Sieni believes there is a powerful and capable person inside everyone, just waiting to be discovered. And anyone can do so if they are willing to take just one step forward.
She took that initial step!
